Running this service costs real money: servers, the models that generate explanations, and the time it takes to keep everything accurate and reliable. Here's how it's funded, honestly:
- Premium reports ($9.99 one-time). Deeper explanations and a printable PDF for people who want more detail. One purchase, yours to keep.
- Clinic plans ($299/mo and $499/mo). High-volume explanations and priority support for practices that want to offer plain-English reports to their own patients.
Every premium and clinic purchase directly subsidizes the free tier. When you buy one, you're not just getting a nicer report — you're keeping explanations free for the next person who pastes in a scary-sounding report at midnight.
